Information on the rental of the Auberge in totality

Arrangement of beds

Dormitory: 8 single beds (4 bunk beds) located on the ground floor

Private room A: 1 double bed, located on the ground floor

Private room B: 1 queen bed, located on the first floor

Semi-private room C: 1 double bed and 1 three-quarter bed (between a single bed and a double bed) located upstairs

Semi-private room D: 2 single beds, located upstairs

In addition to the bedrooms and the two bathrooms, the house includes a large bright room that serves as a living room, indoor yoga room or workshop for activities (25 feet by 15 feet approximately), a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a veranda protected by mosquito nets which offers a space for eating and resting in nature.

The reservation includes access to all facilities. Thanks to the proximity of the river, activities can take place in the open air on our spacious wooden deck along the water (15 by 30 feet approximately). The latter invites you to rest, meditate or swim.

Also take advantage of the outdoor fire pit and the boutique within the Auberge that accompanies your yoga practice.

Yoga equipment at your disposal

12 zafus, 14 blankets, 19 bolsters, 14 yoga mats, 20 belts, 35 blocks, 10 floor chairs and 15 folding chairs (a yoga mat must be put under each chair to protect the yoga floor).

ALL MATERIAL IS FOR INDOOR USE ONLY!

Except for the 18 yoga mats specially for the outside under the small shelter near the large terrace by the river.

Noise: No loud music and no sound amplifier outside out of respect for the neighborhood and nature. If you have any doubts or questions, please let us know to see if your activities will meet our standards.

Bedding and bath towels are provided for all rooms, except for the wooden cabine (if you decide to add it to your reservation).

You only need to bring beach towels (for swimming in the river), camping chairs for the outside if you want to be comfortable around the fire and protection for the yoga floor if all kinds of arts are done during the stay.

Bluetooth sound system + auxiliary wire and Spotify Premium available inside the Auberge. For music outside, you must bring your own speaker.

Arrival: 3:00 p.m.

Departure: 3:00 p.m.

Please inform us of your arrival time if it is later than 3 p.m. 

It is not possible to arrive at the premises before 3 p.m. This rule also applies to organizers. We therefore suggest that you welcome your participants from 4 p.m. if you wish to take a moment to settle in before their arrival.

8 PARKING SPACES. Street parking is not permitted. We favor carpooling!

Two refrigerators and two small freezers at your disposal. Take into consideration that the kitchen and the large bright room are in the same common space.

We have a small cast iron teapot, a large stainless steel carafe with a pump mechanism and a swivel base (for hot water, tea or herbal tea only), a standard filter coffee machine with a reusable filter and a large coffee percolator for larger groups.

Need a caterer? The Archipel in Cowansville is our recommendation.

As the hostel's water comes from a well, a conscious use of water is required to avoid a shortage. (3 minute shower, don't flush for pee, etc.)

Take note that the house is exclusive to you, but that the apartment of the owner and her employees is on the same property with its independent entrances.

Also note that on the two-acre lot there are two other accommodations also for short-term rental. The Cottage as well as the Wooden Cabin (with a massage table and one mattress that can be used as a room in nature) are for rent separately from the Auberge. To also have the exclusivity of the land, you can reserve the cottage for minimum two days (includes one person). The Wooden Cabin (minimum 2 days, includes one person) is a complement to the Auberge or the cottage, it cannot be rented independently of one of these two rentals.

As the cottage is rented separately from the Auberge, it may not be available on the dates you wish to reserve, so the earlier you are, the better!

The number of people in the reservation must include organizers and children 4 years and older. (Ratio of one adult per child is required)

The additional amount ($) for additional people (more than 10) does not apply to people staying in the Cottage (1 person) and in the Wooden Cabin (1 person).

The total number of people can be modified until before your final payment for people who will stay in the Auberge.

A deposit is required to reserve the Auberge in totality

1 & 2 nights (weekdays) = $500 deposit

2 nights (Friday to Sunday) = $900 deposit

3 & 4 nights = $1300 deposit

5 & ​​6 nights = $1600 deposit
